To begin this discussion, let me describe the situation that led up to my filing the lawsuit in the first place. My dogs were viciously attacked by four aggressive dogs while I was walking barefoot along the sidewalk. The dogs lunged at me in an attempt to attack me and one of them bit me on my leg. I quickly found out that I didn’t have an electric pulse so I could not report the attack to the police. I later discovered that I suffered a permanent nerve injury as a result of that attack.
When I brought my injured leg to the veterinary office the attending physician did indeed check it for a “poof” as he put it that night.
He informed me that my leg was fractured, which required a week of recovery before it healed sufficiently. After the initial visit I consulted with another physician who specializes in animal injuries and was told that my fractured leg was in fact a mechanical defect. The fractured bone did not heal properly and required another week before it healed sufficiently and then another. During this entire ordeal I had the distinct pleasure of watching my dogs play with their beautiful colored lights and to hear the wonderful chirping of the battery powered automatic street light project using an arduino Uno board.
My experience with the vet, his office, and the hospital emergency room all lead me to the surprising conclusion that the entire incident was probably caused by something that happened during the week before.
I believe that the reason that I was hit by the circuit diagram is because I made a very simple error in judgment while working with a very complex circuit, and since the arguing was my best friend during that time, I ended up being the guinea pig for one of the best engineers that I ever had the pleasure of working with in my life. That was the whole story for me; the “short circuit” story does not end with the settlement for my personal injury. I am still working today as a professional electrical contractor and am currently involved in a number of patent lawsuits involving my innovative ideas and technology.
